Welcome
Why do we need to work at the same time and in identical patterns as the industrial times, when today's innovation society does not demand this from us? Especially now, when we discover that a fourth of our entire population does not even fit to this old-fashioned day rhythm?
Why do we all have to be stuck on the road to work every morning and hurry back from there to pick up the kids before the day-care centre closes, when actually this could be different?
B-Society's mission is to change the structures, on the labour market and in society at large, so B-people can finally fit in. We are going to reckon with the 9 to 5 society and its lacking respect for B-persons' day rhythms.

Would you work for less money to work in a flexible schedule?
Absolutely not. The quality of the work is not diminished by virtue of the specific hours in which it was created. Nocturnal work allows us to hear the spirits of creativity — those fearless voices who sing "yes, yes," you're on the right track.
It seems very unfair, also.
It seems very unfair, also. Unless you also paid A's less for working first thing in the morning. It might work. If people got paid more for "core hours" and then a reduced rate for very late or very early.
But I think the point we need to be making is that you should not discriminate. If you're not allowed to discriminate against someone for genetic issues such as gender, skin colour and physical disability, then you should not be allowed to discriminate against someone because of their circadian rhythm.

I will get up refreshed any time you like...
... as long as it's afternoon.
Work for less
I understand your idea, but would should I have to accept less money just to get a schedule that suits me?
If I had the right hours I'd be way more productive than I am now, and therefore worth MORE money.
