Just thought I'd see a general consensus of sleep times for most people on here. I have been a night owl my whole life and as it is 4.50am and am looking for some way of entertaining myself (I'm sure you can all understand the solitude of the early hours haha) thought I would start a new post.
Personally I average about a 5am sleep this waivers between 3am and 7am lately depending. I work evenings starting at 3pm so this suits me quite well.
